Haryana Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP)
Family Identity card has been issued by the Haryana government. It is just like a family Representative ID where a family will be considered as a unit. Not out of utter surprise you all know about Adhaar card. How it is important and how much it means for a citizen of India. Your personal database in just one ID card. From opening to a bank account in India to filling any form in India you need Aadhar card. Thus, Adhaar Card considers a representative as a unit whereas, Parivar Pehchan Patra considers a family as a unit. While there is a huge difference between the two. PPP of Haryana is designed in a way that now no family members need to have birth or death certificates.
Haryana state has recently explained the importance of Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP). According to the government, because of PPP, they can monitor around 54 Lakh families in the state. Not only this they also explained some of the salient features of Haryana Family Card ID. During Lockdown, the state government of Haryana came to realize that the Adhaar card is not sufficient. Now how PPP is much different than the Aadhar card?

This is applicable to almost 54 lakhs family living in the state. The identification card will contain information about the family. Though the central government has come up with the idea of Aadhaar card for individual identification, there is no such identification facility for the families. By this, it will help the government keep records of the families dwelling in the state. The labor department registration Haryana has been entrusted with the responsibility of registration of working classes of the government.

हरियाणा परिवार पहचान पत्र 2022 योजना को लॉन्च करने की घोषणा राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल खट्टर जी के द्वारा की गयी थी । हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा राज्य के नागरिको को केंद्रीय सेवाओं और योजनाओ का लाभ पहुंचने के लिए परिवार पहचान पत्र योजना को शुरू किया गया है ।इस योजना के अंतर्गत हरियाणा के प्रत्येक परिवार के लिए 14 अंको का विशिष्ट पहचान पत्र तैयार(A unique identification card of 14 digits will be prepared for each family.) किया जायेगा और राज्य के प्रत्येक परिवार को प्रदान किया जायेगा । यह 14 अंक का परिवार पहचान पत्र दोनों और संयुक्त और अलग परिवारों के लिए तैयार किये जायेंगे।

परिवार पहचान पत्र लाभार्थी सूची कैसे देखे?
- राज्य के इच्छुक लाभार्थी परिवार पहचान पत्र सूची में अपने परिवार का नाम देखना चाहते है तो उन्हें सामाजिक आर्थिक और जाति जनगणना (SECC -11 ) वमे अपनी स्थिति की जांच करनी होगी ।
- यदि आपके परिवार का नाम सामाजिक आर्थिक और जाति जनगणना (SECC -11 ) है तो उन्हें इस योजना के तहत शामिल किया जायेगा ।यदि आप अपने परिवार का नाम SECC-2011 सूची के तहत नहीं हॉट है तो आपको इस योजना का लाभ उठाने के लिए ऊपर दी गयी प्रक्रिया का पालन करना होगा।
- इसके बाद, आप हरियाणा 14 डिजिट के परिवार पहचान पत्र का लाभ उठा सकते हो।

- राज्य के जो इच्छुक लाभार्थी हरियाणा परिवार पहचान पत्र बनवाने के लिए आवेदन करना चाहते है तो उन्हें एसडीएम कार्यालय, तहसील, ब्लॉक कार्यालय, स्कूलों, राशन डिपो, गैस एजेंसियों आदि में जाकर परिवार पहचान पत्र का फॉर्म प्राप्त करना होगा ।

आपके द्वारा ऊपर दिए गए पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा किये जाने की स्थिति में आप दिए गए चरणों के द्वारा ऑनलाइन मोड में आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
- सबसे पहले आपको परिवार पहचान पत्र की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाना है। इसके बाद आपके सामने वेबसाइट का होम पेज खुल जायेगा।
- वेबसाइट के होम पेज पर आप देख सकते हैं कि विकलांगता, विधवा, वृद्धावस्था पेंशन योजनाओं के लिए ऑनलाइन प्रक्रिया कैसे लागू किया जाता है।
- इसके अनुसार, CSCs के ऑपरेटर फिर पेंशन योजनाओं के आवेदन फॉर्म ऑनलाइन भर सकते हैं।
- इन परिवार पहचान पत्र योजना रूपों को संबंधित चित्रण द्वारा अद्यतन किया जाएगा। अपडेट करने के बाद, व्यक्ति को दो प्रिंट-आउट निकालने की अनुमति होगी।

- आपको परिवार पहचान पत्र सूची में अपना नाम देखने के लिए सामाजिक आर्थिक और जाति जनगणना (SECC -11) मे अपनी स्थिति की जांच करनी होगी ।

What is the eligibility criteria set for the scheme?
The campaign initiative has been taken by the Haryana government that aims to help the people of the state. According to the scheme, Parivar Pehchan Patra Unique ID card will be given to every family, and it has been considered as mandatory for the families.
Documents required for registration
- Identification details – As identification proof, families have to provide Aadhaar card at the time of online registration. This shall help to record the details of families and update the same in the database of the scheme.
- Mobile number – Similar to identification details, contact details are also necessary. For this, the families have to provide mobile number through which it can help to contact families when required.
However, in addition to this, the ration card is also required to produce at the time of online registration. So, the families should produce relevant documents at the time of online registration.
Parivar Pehchan Patra application form online download (How to fill Parivar Pehchan Patra Form)
- Other than the online process of registration, the offline registration has also been started by the state government. Families can get an application form for the offline mode from any ration shops. It is also present in Tehsil offices, Gas Agency, Block Development Office, Government School, and others. However, the families can get the form for free from the offices. The families can also get the application form and relevant information from Simple Center.
- After this, the families have to fill all relevant information in the application form, including information of each family member and submit the same. While submitting, families should also produce relevant documents along with the form.
- After submission, the officer will check it, and if the given information is correct, the families will be issued a smart card. This card will contain details of the family.
- Applicants can also look for their name via the Pariwar pehchan Patra online portal. They can also check other relevant details of the family from the scheme website.
- The form submission operator will get rupees 5 as an additional benefit for each form they submit. So, the families take the necessary steps to apply for an identification card.
Registration center for Haryana Parivar Pehchan Patra scheme
Haryana government is planning to set up 500 Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) registration center. Through this, information of families can upload in the scheme database and scanned as required.
How to check Parivar Pehchan Patra status?
Every applicant under the Haryana Parivar Pehchan Patra scheme can check the status of online application through the http://meraparivar.haryana.gov.in/ website. However, similar to Aadhaar card, the Haryana Parivar Pehchan Patra Unique ID card has also been made mandatory by the state government that will help recognize every family of the state.
