The Uttar Pradesh government has started a scheme to UP Kisan Karj Mafi of all the farmers of the state, whose name is Kisan Karj Mafi Yojna. Under this scheme, farmers will be given relief from debt by waiving their loans. The loan will be waived only of those farmers whose names will be registered in the Uttar Pradesh Kisan Karj Mafi Yojana list.
The farmers who have applied for the scheme can see their name in the list of the scheme, whether their name is in the beneficiary list or not. UP Kisan Karj Mafi List
This UP Kisan Karj Mafi Scheme has been started on 9th July 2017 to provide relief to the farmers of the state. Under this scheme, agricultural loans up to one lakh will be waived by the state government of small and marginal farmers of Uttar Pradesh (Farmers loans up to one lakh will be waived by the state government). Under this scheme, about 86 lakh farmers will be free from crop loans taken by them. Small and marginal farmers find it difficult to repay the loan. Hence, the new UP Kisan Karj Mafi Yojana will allow application only to those farmers who have farmland less than 2 hectares in size (not more than 5 acres in measure).
The loan of all those farmers of the state who have taken loans under the Kisan Credit Card scheme or have taken loans from any other bank branch will be waived off. For the farmers whose name will be registered in the Kisan Loan Redemption List / Farmer Loan Waiver List, the loan of those farmers up to Rs 1 lakh will be waived. If you also applied for the Kisan Karj Mafi Scheme and your name is not in the beneficiary (Kisan Karj Mafi List Online 2024) then you will not get the benefit under this scheme.

Know-How much loans of farmers will be waived
The loan of all those farmers of the state who have taken loans under the Kisan Credit Card scheme or have taken loans from any other bank branch will be waived off.
