वहीं हाईस्कूल में 50-50 फीसदी नवीं व दसवीं कक्षा के प्री बोर्ड परीक्षा के अंक लेकर रिजल्ट तैयार होगा। मुख्यमंत्री की अनुमति मिलने के बाद यूपी बोर्ड रिजल्ट की तैयारियां करेगा। रिजल्ट निकालने से पहले माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद को इंटरमीडिएट शिक्षा अधिनियम-1921 में भी संशोधन करना होगा। इंटरमीडिएट शिक्षा अधिनियम 1921 के अधीन लिखित परीक्षा के माध्यम से ही रिजल्ट तैयार होने का नियम है। इस नियम को संशोधित करने और अधिसूचित करने के बाद ही रिजल्ट जारी किया जाएगा ताकि कोई कानूनी अड़चन न हो।
