About JCECE
JCECE or Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination is a state-level entrance test conducted by JCECEB for admission to first year/ Professional Courses such as B.V.Sc & A.H, B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture, B.Sc (Hons) Forestry, B.Tech Dairy Technology, B.F.Sc, B.Tech Agriculture Engineering, & BSC (Hons) Horticulture. JCECE Exam test will have 200 questions for the PCMB group and 150 questions for the PCM/PCB group.

JCECE 2024 Admission Form
The Counselling procedure will be conducted by the authority for every shortlisted aspirant through online mode. Aspirants will be able to register themselves for the counselling procedure from the first week of December 2024.
. The top rank holder in the merit list will get 1st preferences at the time of admission.
After the allotment of seats, applicant will have to report at the allotted center for confirming their admission. Applicants will also have to bring all required documents at the admission form.

Eligibility Criteria For JCECE Counselling 2024
For B.Tech. Course of JCECE
- Age Limit: Applicants must be at least 17 Years old to be eligible for admission in JCECE.
- Nationality: Aspirants must be the citizen of India and local resident of Jharkhand State.
- Qualification: Applying applicants must have passed 10+2 Intermediate or equivalent examination from any recognized board.
- Subjects: Student must have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & English as mandatory subjects to be eligible.
- Marks: Applicant should have secured at least 50% marks in qualifying examination.
For BHMS Course:
- Qualification: Aspirant should have passed 10+2 Intermediate or its equivalent examination from any recognized board.
- Subjects: Applicants should have Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English as subjects in qualifying Test.
- Appearing: Student appearing in the final examination in 2024 can also apply for the BHMS.
Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board 2024 Exam Pattern

- Medium: The exam medium will be in English & Hindi.
- Duration of Exam: 2 hours will be allotted to the aspirant for solving the question paper of Physics & Chemistry & for 1 hour for Biology & Mathematics paper.
- Type of Questions: There will be Multiple choice questions (MCQs) in the exam paper.
- Total Question: The exam paper will consist of 150 questions (PCM & PCB group) and 200 questions (PCMB).
