At Amazon Prime Video events in Mumbai, the company announced that the online web series Shehar Lakhot would be a crime thriller. However, Navdeep Singh is the series’ director, and Amazon Prime Video is behind it. The supporter role is played by Priyanshu Painyuli, who can also be seen in Extraction on Netflix, among many more episodes and movies.
At its inaugural Amazon Prime Present India function, hosted at the J.W. Marriott in Mumbai, Amazon Prime announced the web series along with more than forty future projects, including original web series, original movies, and co-productions in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
