The USA, who is currently No.1 in the FIBA World Ranking Women, presented by Nike, will square off against the talented and dangerous Belgium, and hosts Australia go up versus European juggernauts France.

Basketball Australia settled a Local leading Committee, as a folly owned subsidiary, to deliver this important event. This World Cup will be one of the 1st major international events to be held in Australia in 2024 and comes at an singular time for our country, following calamitous bushfires and COVID-19 cosmic. This global sporting event will grant to Australia’s long term recovery due to the economic and social benefits this event will deliver, along with continuing the powerful message of gender parity and focus on women’s sport.
