- On the homepage, you have to click on Login/Register.
- Now if you are already registered on the portal then you need to enter your login credentials and click on login.
- If you are not registered on the portal then you have to first register on it and then log in.
- After that, you have to click on Download e-EPIC.
- Now you have to enter an EPIC number or Form reference number.
- After that, you have to enter the OTP sent on the registered mobile number.
- Now you have to click on Download e-EPIC.
- If the mobile number is not registered in the e-roll then you have to click on e-KYC to complete the KYC.
- Now you have to pass face liveness verification.
- After this, you will have to update your mobile number to complete the KYC.

- If you are not registered on the portal then first you have to click on Create an account and register on it.
- Now you have to click on Download Epic.
- After that, you have to enter the EPIC Number or Form Reference Number.

- First of all, you have to open Google Play Store or Apple App Store
- Now you have to enter the Voter Helpline Mobile App in the search box
- After that, you have to click on the install option
