Airtel offered its Xstream premium plan to broadband users at no extra charge. Airtel Xstream Fiber customers subscribing to Rs 499 and Rs 799 (non-black) and Rs 998 and Rs 1098 (Airtel Black users) plans are no longer eligible for Airtel Xstream premium plans. These users will be downgraded to the Airtel Xstream Lite plan. This change does not apply to broadband customers who requested access through the Airtel Thanks app prior to 2024.
After 2024, customers will be downgraded if they have not claimed the Airtel Xstream premium plan through the Airtel Thanks app. In fact, from April 1st, broadband users who want to claim Airtel Xstream can only claim the Airtel Xstream Lite plan.
