About PM Vishwakarma Yojana
पूरे देश में 17 सितंबर को यानी प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के जन्मदिन पर विश्वकर्मा योजना को शुरू किया जाएगा। यह योजना केंद्रीय मंत्रियों की मौजूदगी में सभी राज्य और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में शुरू की जाएगी। आपको बता दें कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी द्वारा स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर लाल किले पर अपने भाषण के दौरान विश्वकर्मा योजना की घोषणा की गई थी। इस योजना के शुभारंभ पर 70 स्थान पर 70 मंत्री मौजूद रहेंगे।
विश्वकर्मा योजना में अगले 5 साल तक 13000 करोड़ रुपए खर्च किए जाएंगे। इस योजना को विशेष रूप से समाज के निचले स्तर के कामगारों के कल्याण हेतु शुरू किया जा रहा है। शिल्पकारों और कामगारों को इस योजना के तहत प्रशिक्षण भी दिया जाएगा। साथ ही प्रशिक्षण लेने वालों को हर महीने 500 रुपए की धनराशि भी दी जाएगी। इस योजना के अंतर्गत 18 तरह के विभिन्न कामों में लगे लोगों को शामिल किया गया है।
विश्वकर्मा योजना है क्या?
सबसे पहले बताते हैं कि आखिर ये पीएम विश्वकर्मा योजना (PM Vishwakarma Yojana) आखिर है क्या? तो बता दें इस योजना के जरिए सुनार, लोहार, नाई और चर्मकार जैसे पारंपरिक कौशल रखने वाले लोगों को कई तरह से फायदे मिलेंगे. सरकार की ओर से योजना में 18 पारंपरिक कौशल वाले व्यवसायों को शामिल किया गया है, जिससे कि पूरे भारत में मौजूद ग्रामीण और शहरी क्षेत्रों के कारीगरों और शिल्पकारों को मदद मिलेगी. इनमें कारपेंटर, नाव बनाने वाले, लोहार, ताला बनाने वाले, सुनार, मिट्टी के बर्तन और अन्य सामान बनाने वाले कुम्हार, मूर्तिकार, राज मिस्त्री, मछली का जाल बनाने वाले, खिलौने बनाने वाले समेत अन्य शामिल हैं!

दो चरणों में 3 लाख का लोन
PM Vishwakarma Yojana के तहत सबसे बड़ा बेनेफिट ये होगा कि अगर कोई स्किल्ड व्यक्ति अपना खुद का कारोबार शुरू करना चाहता है और वित्तीय परेशानी के चलते दिक्कत पेश आ रही है, तो फिर वो इस स्कीम के तहत लोन के लिए अप्लाई कर सकता है. इसमें 3 लाख रुपये तक के लोन का प्रावधान किया गया है. इसके तहत पहले चरण में बिजनेस स्टार्ट करने के लिए 1 लाख रुपये का लोन दिया जाता है और फिर उसके विस्तार के लिए दूसरे चरण में लाभार्थी 2 लाख रुपये तक का लोन ले सकते हैं. ये लोन बेहद ही रियायती 5 फीसदी की ब्याज दर पर मुहैया कराया जाएगा.
PM Vishwakarma Yojana Skill Development
उधारकर्ता पीएम विश्वकर्मा कौशल सम्मान कार्यक्रम के तहत व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण सुविधाओं में प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों में भाग ले सकते हैं। 5-7 दिनों के बुनियादी प्रशिक्षण के बाद, उधारकर्ता को उनके आधार से जुड़े बैंक खाते में डीबीटी (प्रत्यक्ष लाभ हस्तांतरण) के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षण वजीफा (500 रुपये / दिन) मिलेगा। निर्दिष्ट प्रशिक्षण सुविधाओं पर, इच्छुक आवेदक 15 दिनों के उन्नत प्रशिक्षण के लिए भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं। प्रशिक्षण अवधि के दौरान निःशुल्क भोजन और आवास की पेशकश की जाएगी।

नेशनल कमेटी फॉर मार्केटिंग (एनसीएम) उधारकर्ताओं को उनके चयनित क्षेत्रों में विपणन सहायता प्रदान करेगी। सहायता में वस्तुओं और सेवाओं के लिए भौतिक और ऑनलाइन उपस्थिति स्थापित करना, ब्रांड निर्माण, उत्पाद पैकेजिंग, डिजाइन और विकास, व्यापार शो में विज्ञापन, निर्यातकों के साथ कनेक्शन और ई-कॉमर्स वेबसाइटों पर उत्पाद लिस्टिंग शामिल है। एनसीएम गुणवत्ता प्रमाणपत्र निम्नलिखित श्रेणियों की लागतों को कवर करेंगे।
