This Human Resource Management System (HRMS) will allow Railway employees to record and view details related to their salary increment, promotion, awards, transfer, posting, leave, training, and family composition as per their enrollment for retirement benefits. Indian Railways employees can avail online services from the Self Service Portal. Online HRMS is designed to bridge the gap between employees and administration. Railway employees will stop using the manual process for leave applications, transfers, promotions, and awards, nominations for retirement benefits, and many more.   • Visit HRMS through a mobile app or website portal to HRMS Railway Employee Login hrms.indianrail.gov.in/HRMS/login.
  • You can also download the HRMS mobile app on your smart devices.
  • On the login page, select the option “Require help for login”.
  • Next, enter your PF/Employee number as the IPAS ID, then select the “Go” button. IPAS ID is the number or employee number available on your salary slip.
  • The system will display many details like HRMS ID, Employee Name, Designation, Registered Mobile Number, Department, Railway Unit, and Email ID.
  • Now save/copy the HRMS ID for login purposes.
  • Employees whose details are not in HRMS should contact their Branch Clerk or DC of Billing Section.
  • Log in with HRMS ID as your User ID and Default Password.
  • Now click on the login button.
  • The system will send an OTP to your registered mobile number.
  • The validity of this number is one week.
  • Enter OTP number; If OTP is not sent, click on Resend OTP to get a new number.
  • Next, select the option to verify OTP.
  • After the authentication process, you can now log in to the website.
  • After your first login process, the employee should change their password.

The Process of Retired Employee Register on HRMS Portal

  • Firstly visit the official website of HRMS Railway.
  • Now the homepage will be displayed on the screen.
  • On the homepage, click on “Retired Employee Registration”.
  • After clicking a new popup box will open.
  • Enter your PPO number and date of birth.
  • Click on the Go button.
  • If a user is not registered in HRMS
  • Click on ‘Register’
  • Enter a 10 digit mobile number.
  • Click on Send OTP.
  • The mobile number will be submitted after entering the correct OTP to register yourself in HRMS.
