- Go to the LIC India website. Choose from two options “Make Payment Direct” or “Through Customer Portal”.
- If you select the ‘Pay Direct (without login)’ option, the following screen will be displayed.
- Select the payment type without remembering the login credentials.
- If you select the option ‘Through Customer Portal’ then LIC Login ID and Password will be required to sign in.
- Provide the required information and click on submit button.
- Once clicked, you will be asked to provide your policy number and the premium amount payable.
- After entering the details, you will be able to view all your enrolled policies.
- From this page, select the policies for which you want to pay the premium and click on submit option to confirm your selection.
- You will be redirected to the Payment Gateway page where you can choose to make the preferred payment option either Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.

- Visit the LIC India website through the link: https://www.licindia.in/Home
- Click on ‘Pay Premium Online’ on the home page.
- You will have two options – Pay Directly and Pay through Customer Portal. Click on the option ‘Pay through Customer Portal’.
- Enter your login information (Email ID / Mobile Number / Customer ID) and date of birth.
- Once logged in, you can choose the particular policy and make a premium payment online.

LIC Premium Payment Without Customer Login
- Visit the LIC India website through the link: https://www.licindia.in/Home
- Click on ‘Pay Premium Online’ on the home page.
- In the two resulting options, click on ‘Pay Direct (Without Login)’.
- On the resulting page, select Renewal Premium / Revival.
- Later steps include ‘Customer Verification’, ‘Premium Details’, and ‘Payment’.
- After clicking on the Proceed button, enter your Policy Number, Date of Birth, Premium Installment, Mobile Number, and Email ID.
- On completing these steps, you can enter your credit/debit card details and pay the outstanding premium amount.
- A receipt acknowledging the premium payment will be sent to your email ID.

LIC Premium Payment Through Debit/Credit Card
- After logging into the LIC Payments website, click on the circle next to ‘IDBI Gateway’.
- Identify your card type (Debit/Credit) and enter the amount of premium to be paid to you.
- Information about applicable taxes and other charges will be displayed.
- After entering and checking the details click on ‘Submit’.
- You will be redirected to the page where you need to enter your card details, i.e. Debit/Credit Card Number, Card Expiry Date, CVV, Your Name as printed on the Card, Email ID, and Mobile Number.
- Enter the captcha code displayed in the box.
- Enter a One-Time Password (OTP) or ATM PIN to complete the payment.
- Click on ‘Pay’. On successful payment, a payment receipt will be sent to your registered email id.
