During our road test review, we found that the KTM 390 Adventure offered excellent handling, even on rough terrain. Its suspension system is top-notch, providing a smooth ride even on bumpy roads. The 390 Adventure’s adjustable suspension is useful for more than just off-roading. You can fine-tune it in any way you like on the street as well. We drove approximately 120 kilometers today outside of the off-roading zone, allowing us to adjust the suspension to our liking. 15 ticks is what the standard arrangement offers and we went to around 18 ticks to make it somewhat more unbending for the smooth, streaming landing area streets we were on today.
If you want better ride quality, you could turn anticlockwise. This will give you softer suspension and better front- and back-end ride quality. With an adjustable setup like this, you can have that kind of adaptability because your weight may vary, and it certainly does for my weight, and you can fine-tune it to your liking.
