• The student should belong to the BPL category.
• The student must be a permanent and legal resident of the state of Andhra Pradesh.
• Students must have a working Aadhar card number.
• The student must have a white ration card.
• The student must have a working and eligible PAN card.
• The beneficiary should be studying in classes 1 to 12 in government or private aided and private unaided school/ junior colleges including residential schools/ colleges of the state from the academic year 2019-2020 onwards.
• The student must have at least 75% attendance in the current academic year.
• Ward of an officer of the State Government is not applicable for the scheme.
