The phone feels similar to the Realme P1 when held, weighing 190g and measuring 7.89mm thick. Additionally, the smartphone offers IP54 dust and water resistance for enhanced durability. However, the brightness is slightly lacking in very bright settings, such as midday in Delhi currently. The fingerprint scanner on the side is effective in quickly unlocking the phone. Additionally, there is a rainwater touch feature included, which performs as expected.

The Realme C65 5G functions impressively well without any noticeable delays or disruptions during typical activities like using apps, browsing social media, watching videos, and other tasks. Testing the phone with moderately demanding games like COD: Mobile, BGMI, and Real Racing 3 revealed its capability as a gaming device.
