Prem Geet 3 film will bring back the lead actor Pradeep Khadka to reprise his role as Prem. He is one of the biggest stars of Nepali film industry who also worked in the previous 2 films of the franchise. Young Nepali actress Kristina Gurung is playing the lead actress as Geet in the film.
