Maninder Singh ( Kabaddi Player) Career
He began his career in the Pro Kabaddi League in 2014. He was a member of the Jaipur Pink Panthers. He became the third-best raider of the season as his team won the season. Sadly, he missed the following three seasons because of an injury. In the fifth season of the Pro Kabaddi League in 2017, he made a comeback and was purchased by the Bengal Warriors. In the sixth season of the Pro Kabaddi League, he became the fastest raider to score 400 and 500 raid points from 2018 to 2019.
He took over as captain of the Bengal Warriors in 2019, during the seventh season of the Pro Kabaddi League. He became the second-quickest raider in the PKL to reach 600 points in 68 matches, behind only Pardeep Narwal, in a match against Patna Pirates. He unfortunately suffered a shoulder injury after a few games and was unable to continue the season.
Maninder Singh, 32, began his Pro Kabaddi career with the Jaipur Pink Panthers in 2014, during the league’s inaugural season. where the Jaipur team won the championship game and took home the trophy. He put in a strong performance in the first season of Pro Kabaddi, scoring 130 raid points and 7 tackle points in 16 matches. However, Maninder Singh sustained a shoulder injury in the final match and was unable to play for the next three seasons. However, Bengal Warriors paid him Rs 45.50 lakhs to be a part of their team in the fifth season of the league, which ended in 2017.
