Logitech MX Master 3S Price and Box Contents
The Logitech MX Master 3S comes with the Logi Bolt USB receiver, user manual, and a USB Type-A to Type-C charging cable in the box. costing Rs. Design and Build Quality
We believe that Logitech’s design philosophy for the MX Master 3S was that “the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.” Visually, there are no significant changes between the MX Master 3 and Master 3S; to us, it still looks like a spaceship or something from “The Arrival.” Despite its weight, the mouse feels good in the hand and looks high-end yet subtle. Pale Grey and Graphite color options are available. The latter is what we have for this review. The Graphite colorway is unadorned and looks like any other plain mouse. While the Pale Grey has a white hue that will attract dirt and grime, it does not accumulate as much dust.
The left and right buttons do not feel cheap, despite their plasticky construction. There are seven buttons in total on the MX Master 3S. These have a satisfying click and are constructed of high-quality materials. There are two scroll wheels included with the mouse: a vertical “MagSpeed” wheel in the middle and a thumb scroll wheel on the left. They have a rough finish and grip-enhancing indentations. When the mouse is connected to a device, a subtle LED indicator that can be seen next to the thumb scroll wheel blinks.

The MX Master 3S, like its predecessor, has a curved extension that provides right-handed users with support for their thumbs. The expansion holds set up a motion button that is customisable. It is a brilliant and useful strategy for working while simultaneously resting your thumb. However, since pressing the button required some pressure, we occasionally found it a little inconvenient. The mouse’s hump is made of rubbery materials that feel luxurious and incredibly soft! It has a few small ripples around the curve, which makes it easier to grip the mouse. The MX Master 3S measures 84.3 mm wide and 124.9 mm tall. Hopefully, this will help put things in perspective. It is not, in any way, a small mouse. It does, however, comfortably fit our medium-sized palm for extended periods of time.
The MX Master 3S’s bottom has four skates that make it easier for the mouse to move across your desk. It also has a button that lets you switch between three devices, a toggle that lets you switch between Bluetooth and Logi Bolt Mode, and Logitech’s own Darkfield high-precision sensor. On the mouse’s front, a tiny cave houses a USB Type-C port.
Performance and Software
The MX Master 3S’s 8000 DPI upgrade is significant considering that it is not a gaming mouse. This is generally for individuals with ultrawide or various screens to utilize their screen land. Throughout the course of our evaluation, we used the MX Master 3S on a wooden desk without a mouse pad to test the accuracy of the Darkfield high-precision sensor. The MX Master 3S’s quiet clicks are a significant improvement. The company makes the bold claim that it is 90% quieter than its predecessor. We used the MX Master 3S to play a few rounds on Valorant. Although it looked like it weighed 141 grams, it wasn’t much help with quick flick shots when using the “Operator,” but it was still playable. The best part is that it is compatible with various operating systems. The Logi Options+ is one of many excellent companion apps made by Logitech. It is available for both macOS and Windows, and it is an improvement over its previous version. Its user interface is simple to use and neat. It allows you to customize nearly every mouse button and offers numerous other utilities. The MX Master 3S comes with a powerful 500 mAh battery. This mouse’s battery life is insane. The company claims that a single charge can last it for 70 days. Since two months ago, we have been using it almost every day for about 7-8 hours. As I write this review, the battery is still at 30 percent. Logitech’s claims are basically support by this. For obvious reasons, we have not yet been able to test the mouse’s charging speeds. However, according to Logitech, the mouse should last for three hours with a minute’s charge.
Conclusion
Even though it is a small improvement over its predecessor, the MX Master 3S is an excellent choice if you are looking for a wireless mouse for productivity. Additionally, the cost goes up a little. Nevertheless, if you have a multi-monitor setup, 8000 DPI ought to assist you in navigating them smoothly. Despite the fact that some people may find the MX Master 3S to be heavy, it is without a doubt one of the most comfortable mice we’ve used.
