KTM Duke 890 Features
The streetfighter is powered by an 889cc, LC8c, parallel-twin liquid-cooled engine that produces 115PS – 10PS and 5Nm more than the 790 Duke. Surprisingly, despite the increase in power, it still weighs the same at 169kg dry. The 6-speed transmission now offers an optional bi-directional quickshifter. The 890 Duke features updated WP Apex suspension on both ends, with 320mm discs at the front and a single 240mm rear disc brake setup. To provide better traction, the motorcycle comes equipped with Continental ContiRoad tires instead of the Maxxis Supermaxx ST rubber found on the 790 Duke. Other components include 43mm WP Apex USDs at the front and a gas-assisted monoshock at the rear, along with twin 300mm discs.
