The Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) and a few other technical development organizations were combined in 1958 to form the DRDO. In 1980, a separate Department of Defense Research and Development was established, which later managed DRDO and its nearly 30 laboratories and facilities (there were almost 52 labs prior to merging). DRDO DRTC Exam Pattern
DRDO DRTC (Defence Research and Development Organisation – Defence Terrain Research Laboratory) Exam Pattern consists of a written test, followed by a personal interview. The written test is divided into two parts – Part-I and Part-II. Part-I covers topics such as General Awareness, English Language, and Quantitative Aptitude. Part-II assesses the candidate’s knowledge in their respective subject area, such as Geology, Geo-Informatics, Remote Sensing, etc.
