About NMIMS
NMIMS-Common Entrance Test will be conducted across 46 cities in India. The common entrance exam of NMIMS would be an objective type multiple choice test with a duration of 120 minutes with no negative marking. B.Tech and MBA (Tech) programs are offered by Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management Engineering (MPSTME)/ School of Technology Management Engineering (STME) at Mumbai, Shirpur, Navi Mumbai and Indore estates. B. Pharm + MBA (Pharma Tech) is offered by Shobhaben Pratapbhai Patel School of Pharmacy & Technology Management, Mumbai/ School of Pharmacy Management (SPTM) at Shirpur and Hyderabad estates.

Admission Procedure Of NMIMS CET 2024
NMIMS CET 2024 admission procedure is based on Cut off & aspirant’s preference. Admission to Mukesh Patel School of Technology & Management Engineering (MPSTME)/ School of Technology Management Engineering (STME) will be on the basis of cut off & aspirant’s preference.
In round first and second, the merit list of MPSTME/ STME programmes will be prepared. It will be based on NMIMS CET 2024 preference & preference submitted at the time of application.
In round three, applicants will be given admission to various disciplines as per the merit, choice & availability of discipline as per eligibility criteria.
Eligibility Criteria Of NMIMS CET 2024
Aspirants must check following eligibility norms before applying for NMIMS CET 2024:
For B.Tech:
- Qualification: Aspirants must have qualified 12th or equivalent examination from any recognized board or university.
- Subject: He/ She must have Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) as mandatory subject in the qualifying test.
- Percentage: Applying applicant must have scored 50percent marks for Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai/ Indore Campus while 45percent for Shirpur campus.
- Age Criteria: Applicant above 25 years of age are not eligible to apply.

Physics: Physics and measurement, Kinematics, Thermodynamics, Work, energy, and power, Rotational motion, Oscillations and waves, Current electricity, Magnetic effects of current and magnetism, Electromagnetic induction and alternating currents, electromagnetic waves, Optics, Electrostatics, Properties of solids and liquids, Gravitation, Laws of motion, Electronic devices, Kinetic theory of gases.
Chemistry:
Physical chemistry– It contains atomic structure, chemical thermodynamics, solutions, equilibrium, redox reactions & electrochemistry and chemical kinetics.
Organic chemistry– It contains of chemistry in everyday life, hydrocarbons, oxygen & nitrogen, principles related to practical chemistry etc.
Inorganic chemistry– It includes block elements (alkali & alkaline earth metals), P block elements, Coordination compounds, environmental chemistry, general principles & process of isolation of metals.
