SSB Day 1
SSB is one of the toughest and longest interview ,or we can say it scans you thoroughly. Well SSB is not mere a test but a procedure, 5 days procedure where you go through different ways of testing your personality.
The candidates that clear written exams such as CDS, NDA, TA, INET and AFCAT are then called by respective military boards for SSB Interview. One can also appear for SSB Interview by getting shortlisted direct entries – TES, TGC, UES, SSC Tech etc.
The selected students then need to appear before a Service Selection Board for an Intelligence and Personality Test.

Make a schedule where you can allot time for anything that is important for you.
- Allocate some time to keep yourself fit and in shape as ones body is the biggest asset for him. In the morning you can go for a walk and do yoga, at evening you can take up a sport preferably a team sport and play it. Sports are the biggest stress busters would keep your mind at peace during all preparation and would implant a standard to work in a team as a team.
- Allocate some time to your hobbies or interests. They instill imagination in one. You would fell happy doing these things a positive environment would be generate around you.
- Dedicate some time to spend with family and friends. Interpersonal relationships matter a lot both in Services Selection Board and in your life. Play your roles as a friend, a son, a brother, a sister in the best possible way, talk with these people they matter a lot, learn more regard them, help them, be with them. Go on outings on weekends with friends, be with your mother when she is cooking for you in kitchen, watch news with your father talk to him regard his work.
- Allocate time to your academics, whatever you do or study dedicate time to it. Focus on it.
- Allocate time to look into current affairs. Study regard what is going on in your locality, district, state, country and the world.
