Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Programme Manager: A postgraduate degree with at least 50% in child development, sociology, social work, or a similar discipline.
• Programme Officer: Graduates with experience may also apply, as long as they have a postgraduate degree in an appropriate discipline. A social worker is a person with a degree in social work or a similar field. An accountant is a graduate in mathematics or commerce who is skilled with Tally.
• Other Roles: Each position has its own requirements, most of which need for a graduate or postgraduate degree in psychology, social work, child protection, or law.

Age Limit

• Although it varies per function, the typical age limit is between 35 and 40 years old. Candidates must meet the age requirements as of the application closing date, which are specified in Athe official notification for each position.
