The Uttar Pradesh government announced that it would launch new free digital service called digishakti portal this week aimed at helping the candidates who are studying in various universities of UP fill the Application forms online. Students should be studying in government schools and private institutions, advanced degrees, post graduate level degree or doctorate. The annual family income should be less or equal to two lakh. All candidate should be a permanent resident of Utter Pradesh.
