Scholarship Amount Under SC Post Matric Scholarship Scheme

• Full tuition fee (including non-refundable fee): Rs 2 lakh per annum for students studying in private sector institutions and Rs 3.72 lakh per annum for private sector flying club
• Living Expenses: 3000/- per student per month
• Books and Stationery: Rs.5000/- per student per year

• SC Post Matric Scholarship Scheme is a centrally sponsored scheme that was launched by the Central Government

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicant must be a permanent resident of India
• Candidates must be studying at post-matriculation level
• Applicant must belong to the SC category
• If the applications received are more than the available slots then the government will give merit wise scholarships to the top students
• If there is more than one student with the same marks, the scholarship will be given to the student with a lower family income.
• 30% of the available slots will be reserved for SC girl students
• Only 2 students of a family can take advantage of the scheme
• Applicant’s parent’s income should not exceed Rs.800000
• The scholarship will be terminated if the student fails to be promoted to the next semester or class
