About Sainik School
The Sainik Schools system of schools in India is developed and overseen by the Sainik Schools Society, a Ministry of Defense division. They were created in 1961 by V. K. Krishna Menon, the then-Defense Minister of India, to help students prepare for admission to the National Defense Academy (NDA) and Indian Naval Academy (INA) and to address the regional and class disparity in the officer corps. Along with one RIMC and five RMS (Rashtriya Military Schools), Sainik Schools contribute between 25% and 30% of the officer cadets to the NDA and INA.
As of 2021, there were 33 Sainik Schools, and the Ministry of Defense intends to construct 100 more boarding Sainik Schools through public-private partnerships (PPP). Sainik Schools are worked by the MoD in association with the significant state legislatures. Officers in important positions, like principal, receive financial support from the MoD annually. State governments provide the land, facilities, and additional teaching and administrative staff.

Qualification Details
Post Graduate Teachers PGT : Grade of PGT is as per CBSE affiliated schools i.e., Post Graduation in concerned subject with 60 percent score with B.Ed, must qualify preferably CTET or TET.
Trained Graduate Teachers TGT : Grade of TGT is as per CBSE affiliated schools i.e., Graduation in concerned subject 60 percent score with B.Ed, must qualify preferably CTET or TET.
