Ruturaj is from Pune, Maharashtra. His dad is Dasharath Gaikwad, who was a Safeguard Exploration Improvement Association’s (DRDO) employee. His mom Sawita Gaikwad is an educator in a district school. As indicated by Gaikwad his folks never demanded him to concentrate on more and play less cricket.
