Roop: Colors TV channel is preparing up to launch a new serial titled “Roop – Mard Ka Naya Swaroop” which will be bankrolled by Rashmi Sharma Productions who has financed popular serials like Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki for the same Tv channel. The upcoming serial is approved to be special and emotional family drama.
The story will go around 3 families in which the kids will play the important roles. Popular actors Yash Tonk and Mitali Nag have been tied into play crucial characters in this new show. Yash Tonk will play the character of Shamsher Waghela aka Baap Ji who father in of the family while Mitali Nag will play his onscreen wife Kamlesh aka Kamla.

Story Line
The serial which will have a good group of kids has tied in Meri Durga fame Ananya Agarwal for one of the critical characters. Also Nikki Sharma who was last seen in Rashmi Sharma’s Sasural Simar Ka will play one of the girls in the serial. Joining them will be Udaan fame child artiste Tasheen Shah who will be seen attempting character of Kinjal in the show. The 3 girls, we are given to understand will be the sisters of the main kid on the serial, to be played by Affan Khan. adaptable actress Vaishali Thakkar who has earlier been part of Colors Tv’ successful show Uttaran will also be part of Roop star cast.
Shared a origin “The Gujarati family in the show will contain of Yash and Mitali’s roles playing a couple. Affan will play one the main kids while Vaishali has been tied in to play the sister of Tonk’s role.” Now, as per latest news, excellent actor Ashish Kaul who was recently seen in Kaal Bhairav – Rahasya, Rishta Likhenge Hum Naya serial and Ishq Mein Marjawan has joined the star cast of Roop serial.
