REET Application Form 2025
The Board of Secondary Education of Rajasthan administers the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET), also referred to as REET, at the state level to determine a candidate’s eligibility to teach at the primary and upper-primary levels in state schools. There are Level 1 and Level 2 papers on the REET test.
Primary teachers who wish to instruct classes one through five should take the REET Level 1 exam, whereas upper primary teachers who wish to instruct classes six through eight should take the Level 2 exam. Those who want to teach classes 1 through 8 must show up for both levels.

REET Exam Date 2025
The Rajasthan Eligibility Exam for Teachers (REET) is an eligibility test for the recruitment of teachers which is conducted every year by the Department of School Education Council of Rajasthan. The REET 2025 Exam will be held 27th February 2025 in two shifts from 10 am to 12:30 pm and from 3 pm to 5:30 pm. Age Limit
Candidates for the positions of primary and upper primary teacher must be at least eighteen years old. The candidates’ category determines the age relaxation. Verify the age restrictions per category in the table below.

Selection Process
The REET Exam 2025 will be given by the Rajasthan Board of Education to assess and choose eligible candidates to teach first- and upper-primary school students in grades 1–8. The Level 1 REET test is taken by classes I through V, and the Level 2 exam is taken by classes VI through VIII. If candidates achieve the minimum qualifying scores given by the exam administrators, they will be eligible for REET Certification for their recruitment in government and government-aided schools in Rajasthan. The Rajasthan REET 2025 exam selection criteria will be divided into two stages.

Minimum Qualifying Marks
To be eligible for the interview round, an applicant must receive at least 60% of the possible points. The REET exam has a negative grading of ⅓, and in order to be chosen for recruitment, an applicant must receive a total of qualifying marks. There are no requirements for section-specific eligibility. The REET certificate is valid for life in compliance with NCTE guidelines.
