Rajeshwari Gayakwad Wiki
The family of Rajeshwari Gayakwad is just what a sportsperson needs. Her family has always excelled in one or more sports, and she has never been held back from playing cricket. Two brothers and two sisters make up Rajeshwari. Kashinath and Vishwanath, her brothers, have been involved in sports since they were young. While one of them was interested in volleyball, the other decided to play badminton professionally. Her sisters are also in a similar predicament. Bhuvaneshwari Gayakwad has played cricket for her state, while Rameshwari Gayakwad plays hockey.
As a result, her family is well-versed in all sports. Be that as it may, cricket was not what Rajeshwari needed to play when she was a youngster. However consistently keen on sports, she was more disposed to spear toss and plate toss. Gayakwad’s story was different from many others, where fathers were strict and wouldn’t let their daughters go to the play. Late Shivanand Gayakwad, who functioned as an educator, consistently believed that her girl should succeed in sports. He especially fostered her desire to see her daughter play for the national team. As a result, he was the one who convinced Rajeshwari to take up cricket while putting discus throw and javelin throw on the back burner.
