The new Vive VR headset is expected to be unveiled at HTC’s launch event on September 18th. 91mobiles has discovered a new HTC Vive headset on the FCC certification site, TUV Rheinland, and UL Demko as well. There have been rumors of one for some time, but there have been few details.

• The FCC listing confirms a new HTC Vive headset has been certified. It mentions the brand and product name in the document.
• The diagram shows the placement of three antennas on the headset. However, we don’t have any render of the device.
• There are two battery models listed in the certification issued by TUV Rheinland. One could have a rating of 2,000 mAh and a typical capacity of 3,500 mAh, while the other could have a rating of 2,400 mAh and a typical capacity of 3,990 mAh.
• The HTC Vive VR headset’s adapter bears the model number TC NE30W-US, as shown by the UL Demko certification. The US region is denoted by the letter “US,” and the UK, CN, and AU are the other regions listed.
• The model number of the adapter also indicates it will support up to 30W charging support. 

This could be the upcoming HTC Vive headset, which is expected to go on sale on September 18th, although it hasn’t been officially confirmed. It might go by the name HTC Vive Focus 4. The company has made available a teaser video for the product, which provides a glimpse of the forthcoming headset, which resembles the Focus 3.
