The selected candidate will be hired on a short-term contract basis with the following terms:

• Initial Duration: 1 year.
• Extension: Extendable by up to 2 more years (one year at a time), subject to performance and PNGRB’s decision.

Salary & Benefits

The Accountant post comes with an attractive salary package and several additional perks. The selected candidate will be placed in Level-6 of the Pay Matrix, which offers a salary range between Rs. 35,400 – Rs. 1,12,400. Apart from the salary, the following perks and allowances are also provided:

• Lease Accommodation: Up to 40% of basic pay.
• Staff Furnishing Allowance: Up to Rs. 90,000 every 3 years.
• Petrol Allowance: Reimbursement up to 75 liters per month.
• Books and Periodicals: Rs. 1,500 per month.
• Mobile/Internet Charges: Rs. 1,000 per quarter.
• Canteen Facilities: Up to Rs. 2,000 per month.
