On 29 Aug 2022, the production team for this film issued a teaser announcing that the movie will have a direct digital premiere in Sept on the top OTT platform. According to the official reports, the movie is about a match-maker and a divorce attorney, and what happens when they fall in love. Deshmukh said he is looking forward to his Netflix movie debut.

Shashank Ghosh, who also directed Ali Fazal starrer House Arrest, is helping the movie, whereas newcomer Rajan Arora is serving as the screenwriter as well as producer Trilok Malhotra and K.R. Harish.
