JOT Civil: Must have a three-year diploma/degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
JOT Electrical: Must have a three-year diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or institution with an Electrical Supervisory Certificate (Mining) of Competency. OR Have a degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
JOT Mechanical: Must have a three-year diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
JOT Mining: Must have a three-year diploma in Mining Engineering from a recognized university or institution with Foreman’s Certificate of Competency to open cast metal life mines. OR Have a degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized university or institution with 2nd Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency to open cast metal lifer ous mines.
JOT G & QC: Must have M.Sc / M.Sc (Tech) / M.Tech in Geology / Applied Geology / Exploration Geology from a recognized university or institution.
JOT Survey: Must have three years Diploma in Mining or a Diploma in Mines and Mine Surveying with Mine Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency under MMR.
Executive Trainee (Technical)
Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in NMDC Ceramic / Civil / Computer / IT / Electrical / Electronics /Environment / Instrumentation / Mechanical / Metallurgy / Mineral Processing / Mining / Industrial Engineering from a recognized Indian University/ Institute with at least 60% marks for UR and 50 % marks for SC,ST, OBC-NCL, PWD in aggregate in all years. / all semesters.
Executive Trainee (Administration)
Graduation with 60% (SC,ST, OBC-NCL, PWD-50%) marks in aggregate with at least two years full time Postgraduate Degree/ PG Diploma in Sociology/Social Work/Labour Welfare/ Personnel Management/IR OR MBA with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/HR with 60% marks in aggregate in NMDC.
