NICL Assistant Recruitment Notification
National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) has announced the hiring of 500 assistants. The notification is posted on the official website, nationalinsurance.nic.co.in. NICL Assistant Eligibility
The NICL Assistant Eligibility Criteria 2025, including the educational qualification and age limit, are shown below.
Educational Qualification (As on 01/10/2025)
The candidate must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university, or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Central Government.
It is required that a candidate be able to read, write, and speak in the regional language of the state or UT for the NICL Assistant position for which they desire to apply. A Regional Language Test will be administered prior to final selection to determine the candidate’s familiarity with the State / UT’s Regional Language. Candidates who do not demonstrate proficiency in the Regional Language Test will be disqualified.

Age Limit
Candidates must have been born between October 2, 1994 and October 1, 2003 (both included). According to the NICL Assistant Recruitment 2025 Notification, aspirants must be between the ages of 21 and 30 years. Age relaxation will be offered in accordance with government rules and regulations.
