Selection Process

There are two steps in the NABARD Office Attendant recruitment process:

  • Online Examination: With 120 objective-style questions spread across multiple categories, this is the main selection phase. Every question is worth one mark.
  • Language Proficiency Test (LPT): Following their successful completion of the online exam, candidates will move on to the LPT, which evaluates their command of the state’s regional language.
