Eligibility Criteria of Ministry of Minority Affairs
Separate eligibility criteria are given for different types of scholarship programmes present under the MOMA scholarship:-
For Pre Matric Scholarship
- The student must be in any of the classes between 1st to 10th
- He/She must have scored at least a minimum of 50percent in the previous qualifying examination.
- The annual household income of the student must not exceed rupees 1,00,000.
Post Matric Scholarship
- The student must be studying in class 11th or 12th
- Applicants who have taken admission into technical and vocational courses which are equivalent to higher secondary are eligible.
- The students who are pursuing Polytechnic courses are eligible to apply.
- He/She must have scored at least a minimum of 50percent in the previous qualifying examination.
- The annual household income of the student must not exceed rupees 2,00,000.
For Professional and Technical Courses Scholarship
- The applicants who are taking admission in professional or technical courses in any of the university or college can apply for the scheme
- He/ She applicant must have scored at least a minimum of 50percent in the previous qualifying examination.
- The annual household income of the student must not exceed rupees 2,50,000.
