The full name of this scheme is- Mahatma Jotirao Phule Shetkari Karjmukti Yojana [MJPSKY]. Which has been launched by the Government of Maharashtra. This MJPSKY List 2024 scheme was launched on December 2019 and can be used only by the citizens of Maharashtra. Under this scheme, an upper ceiling amount of Rs 2 lakh will be given per farmer. The main objective of this scheme is to provide loans. You do not need to apply to get the benefit of this scheme.

MJPSKY List 2024 was launch in December 2019 with an aim to provide assistance to the farmers by waiving all the loans they have taken from the banks. The incentives have been consider for farmers who make regular loan repayments in the years 2017-2018, 2018-19, and 2019-20. Or, farmers who have been regularly layered or give the benefits of the scheme are recognized by raising the peak loan in any two of the next three years.

Short-term peak loans taken in the financial year 2017-18 or if fully repaid by June 30, 2018, in the financial year 2018-19, or short-term peak loans taken in the financial year by June 30, 2019, if fully repaid by June 2019-20; or if the short-term peak loan taken in the financial year is completely repaid by August 31, 2020, or the due date of loan repayment in the financial years 2017-18, 2018-19, and 2019-20, or the peak period as per the bank’s approved policy Farmers who took out a short-term peak loan in 2018-19, 2019-20, or during the year will receive a maximum of Rs. 10,000 if the loan was completely repaid before the due date.

Profitable incentives of up to 50,000 are permitted. The only short-term peak loan that was taken out in 2018-19, 2019-20, or the current year and paid back in full is Rs. Farmers who have a deficit of more than $50,000 are eligible for an incentive based on the interest amount of a short-term peak loan taken directly in 2018-19, 2019-20, or that year. In order to provide incentives to individual farmers, they have taken out a short-term peak loan from one or more banks, utilizing the accumulated amount of Rs. The incentive of $50,000 or the maximum amount will determine the profit amount.

Distribution of Funds Under MJPSKY

The list will only include farmers who are eligible for the benefits. Funds will be distributed in accordance with the government’s instructions. • The list will showcase the name & special identification no. issued to the farmer, Aadhaar no., bank account no. & various other details.
• Now, the farmer has to visit the “Your Government Service Centre” along with their bank account no. & special identification no. for Aadhaar verification.
• As per the rule, If the amount of loan will acceptable to the farmer’s account, the fund will be transfer to the bank account of the farmer after verification.
• In case of any discrepancy in the amount that has been credit to the farmer’s account, Aadhaar no, or any other relate issue, it will be update automatically in the portal.
• Then matter will be present to the Collector’s Committee and after checking the facts and all the details, the committee will take the final decision.
• Farmers who will receive the final amount will be allot Loan weaver certificates.
