Keerthy Suresh Wiki: Keerthy Suresh is an Indian actress who was born on October 17, 1992. She primarily appears in movies in Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam. Forbes named her one of the 30 under 30 in 2021. She won the National Film Award for Best Actress for her performance as Savitri in the Telugu film Mahanati (2018). She has also received one Filmfare Award South, three SIIMA Awards, and two Zee Cine Awards Telugu for her roles in numerous films. In 2018, she won the National Film Award for Best Actress for her role as Savitri, an actress, in the biopic Mahanati.
Keerthy is the daughter of actress Menaka and producer Suresh Kumar. Keerthy returned to filmmaking after studying fashion design and began acting as a child. In Geethaanjali, a Malayalam film released in 2013, she played her first lead role. Keerthy Suresh is the daughter of the conservative Tamil actress Menaka and the Malayalam director Suresh Kumar. Keerthy received her education in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, up until the fourth grade. After that, she attended Kendriya Vidyalaya Pattom in Thiruvananthapuram and then went back to Chennai to enroll in the Pearl Academy, where she received her fashion design degree. Prior to completing a two-month internship in London, she also participated in a four-month exchange program in Scotland. She stated that she “seriously considered a career in design” despite her acting career.
