Declaration of Manual Passes and Pass for the Family

  • To manually enter the pass, the applicant should get in touch with the pass clerk.
  • Select “pass” and “pass set list menu” following the clerk’s entry.
  • Next, select the option to “confirm.” Check for any errors and select “return to clerk” if any are found. This will send the modified pass back to the pass clerk.

Railway E-pass Application of the HRMS Portal

  1. Select “pass” from the menu, followed by “pass set list.”
  2. Proceed and select “privilege pass” from the “pass type” menu.
  3. After that, press the “go” button; The system will present two alternatives:
    • The entitled and available
    • Full/half pass sets
  4. Continue by selecting the “Available-full set-count” tab.
  5. A new pass application page will be open by the system;
  6. The page will show all previous applications that were not submit.
  7. The application can be edit by clicking the edit button.
  8. Select “New application form” for a fresh application.
  9. A new application form will be open by the system, and the information will appear on the page.
  10. Select the family members to include on the pass by entering their travel information.
  11. Now, click the submit button before clicking the save as draft button.
  12. The application should then be sent to the pass clerk for approval.
  13. Additionally, employees can check their entitlement to berths by selecting the “check berth/seat entitlement” tab next to the application.

 How to apply for a Digital e-Pass?

1.Select “Pass Set List” from the drop-down menu after clicking on the Pass tab.

2. Click “Go” after selecting “Type of Pass” from the drop-down menu (privilege pass or PTO).

3. Passes’ year and entitlement will be display.

4. Depending on the requirement, select either full set (PP) or half set (PP/PTO) Passes by clicking on the number in the Available column.

5. Click on the “New Application” tab to start a new application.

6. Type in STATION TO and STATION FROM. In the “Station Description,” include the station’s name if you do not know its code.

7. Members can be add to the Pass at any time by clicking on the Family Details menu that will appear on the screen.

8. If necessary, enter the break journey details (PP).

9. Click the Tick box that is display on the screen for attendants if you are eligible for an attendant and intend to accept one.

10. Select “Submit.” The Pass application will be sent to the Pass Clerk once it has been submit successfully.

11. To determine the application’s status, open the “Pass Application” or “PTO Application” as applied.

12. Upon approval by the Pass Issuing Authority, the applied Passes will be display with their unique numbers and status.

13. Click “Generate OTP” as necessary after selecting “My Issued Pass.”

14. There will be a generated OTP.

15. A unique pass number will be sent to the register mobile phone once the OTP is generate.

16. This one-of-a-kind Pass Number or Pass and Employee Identity Card can be use to make reservations for train travel at PRS counters and the online IRCTC portal.
