With the help of the portal, the government employees can download their salary slips, pension statements, e Challan, know their PRANs, and many others.

Himkosh is simply an Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS) in the state of Himachal Pradesh.The government of Himachal Pradesh commenced the IFMS portal for its employees in order to provide treasuries, accounts, lotteries, etc. No need to worry, Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMS) portal is organic. How to Download HP Himkosh Salary Slip?

1. Visit Himachal Pradesh IFMS eSalary Himkosh IFMS portal by using himkosh.nic.in to access the eSalary portal directly
2. Go to Projects option under Menu
3. Select eSalary option from dropdown to open e-Bill Login Page
4. Enter your Username followed by password in given columns
5. Type the Image Text shown in below column as shown in box
6. Click on Sign In button to get their details verified, and once the details are verified, Employee Login page will be loaded
7. Here you can find Pay Slip option on screen from menu
8. Select the Month and Year of Pay Slip to generate from drop down
9. Click on Generate Button and your respective month Pay Slip will be loaded
10. That’s it, Himachal Pradesh Pay Slip for your respective employee credentials for the selected month will now be loaded and you can choose it to download.

HP Himkosh eChallan

Challan is an integral part of treasury system and thus Himkosh also include an eChallan feature through Challans can be generated and paid online by logging into the portal. Check how users can generate and deposit money through eChallan using the Himkosh portal in this particular section-

1. You need to visit the official website of Himachal Pradesh IFMIS Portal.
2. A new page will open on the official portal.
3. Sroll down and click on e-challan tab.
4. On the next page, you will see an e-challan link. click on it.
5. Then click on the Payment option to open the payment gateway page.
6. Enter some information that is regarding your payment such as section, address, email, and operational mobile number.
7. Select the period and services of the challan.
8. After that, you need to enter the payment mode and the total amount.
9. Now proceed further.
10. This the way to make online challan payment.

How to know PRAN (Permanent Retirement Account Number)

Employees can also find their PRAN (Permanent Retirement Account Number) using Himkosh portal. They just have to follow the simple instructions given as under-

• Open the official Himkosh portal.
• Click on “Know your PRAN” link
• Enter your employee code in the space provided and click on “Get PRAN” Link.
• Your PRAN will finally appear. Save it for your record.
