Selection Process
The GSSSB Fireman Recruitment selection process is divided into several stages to ensure that only the most qualified individuals are chosen for the position.

Exam Scheme & Paper Pattern
The Gujarat Fireman written exam evaluates candidates’ knowledge of fire safety, general awareness, and necessary technical abilities. The exam will be broken into two parts: Part A and Part B.
- Only objective-type questions will be asked during the exam.
- Part A will have only 60 questions.
- Part B will include a total of 150 questions.
- The exam will last 3 hours.
- Each erroneous response will result in a 1/4 mark deduction.
