Dashami Tithe is beginning from 2:20 pm on Oct 04, At the same time, this date will end on Oct 05 at 12 noon. According to the Hindu calendar, the favorable time for worshiping Vijaya Dashami on this day is 02:07 pm to 02:54 pm.
- Ashwin Shukla Paksh Dashami Tithe Start 4 Oct Day Tuesday Will be at 2:20 pm.
- Dashami tithe ka samaapan 5 October day will be Wednesday at 12:00 noon.
- Vijay Muhurta will be from 2:07 to 2:54 on Wednesday.
According to the Hindu calendar, Dussehra is remember on the 10th day of Shukla Paksha from the month of Ashwin. This year in 2024, Ashwin Shukla Dashami Tithe is beginning from 2:20 pm on 04 Oct. Dashami Tithe will end on 5 Oct at 12 noon. On this day, the favorable time for the worship of Vijaya Dashami is from 2:07 pm to 2:54 pm. On Dussehra, people also reverence vehicles and weapons. Worship Method
Waking up early in the morning on the day of Dussehra, after dealing with daily karma, take a bath and wear clean clothes. After this, clean the temple and make it pure by sprinkling Gangajal. After this, worship Lord Shri Ram, Mata Sita and Sankat mochan Hanuman ji duly at the place of worship. At the same time, on the day of Dussehra, 10 balls of cow dung are make from cow dung and barley seeds are apply on them. After this, the Lord is worship by showing incense-lamps and then these cow dung balls are burn. It is a religious belief that these ten balls of cow dung are burn with the spirit of destroying one’s inner ego, evil and greed, considering the 10 heads of Ravana.
Lord Shri Ram had stopped the arrogant Ravana. In its happiness, floats are taken out. Fairs are held. The enthusiasm of the people is visible on sight. It is believed that after the worship of Dussehra is over, the feeling of greed and ego disappears from the mind.

Importance of Dussehra Puja
Goddess Durga and Lord Shri Ram are worship on the day of Vijayadashami i.e. Dussehra. On one hand, where Maa Durga is a symbol of power, Lord Rama is a symbol of dignity, dharma and ideal personality.
