Dhanush Wiki: Venkatesh Prabhu was birthed on July 28, 1982, famous by his stage name Dhanush, is a movie actor, producer, director, director, writer, lyricist, screenwriter and singer who mostly works in Tamil cinema. Dhanush married Aishwarya, daughter of megastar Rajinikanth on 18 Nov 2004. They have 2 sons, Yatra and Linga, birthed in 2006 and 2010.
Dhanush’s 1st movie was Thulluvadho Ilamai, a 2002 movie about the transition to adulthood done by his father, Kasthuri Raja. In the past fifteen years, he has emerged in more than 25 movies. He won Best Actor at the 58th National Film Awards for his acting at Aadukalam (2010). In 2011, he has famous song “Why this Kolaveri Di” became the 1st Indian music video to have been seen more than Hundred million times on YouTube. He produces movies through his production company, Wunderbar Films. In addition to his award for Best Actor, he got a national award for a movie he financed, Visaranai. He has also won 7 Film fare Awards.

Dhanush belonged to a decent Tamil family where his father Kasthuri Raja was a financer and director. He entered into movie industry under the coercion of his brother Selvaraghavan who is also a director. In the year 2004 Dhanush obtain married to Aishwarya, Rajinikanth ‘s daughter. They have 2 sons Linga and Yatra.
He sometimes records music, usually for his own films. Composer Yuvan Shankar Raja, composer Yuvan Shankar Raja, launched him to Pudhukottaiyilirundhu Saravanan as a backing vocalist. He also sang in the movies Aayirathil Oruvan and Mayakkam Enna of Selvaraghavan; the 1st launched him alongside his wife, Aishwarya Rajinikanth.
