Civil Engineering

(e) Design of Concrete and Masonry Structures – Limit state design for combined forces, bending, shear, and axial compression; Beams, slabs, lintels, foundations, retaining walls, tanks, and staircases are designed as follows: materials and techniques for prestressed concrete design principles; Structures that resist earthquakes; Structure made of masonry design.

(f) Construction practice, planning, and management – Planning, equipment, site investigation, and management, including estimation using the most recent tools for project management and network analysis for various kinds of works; Analyses of various work types’ rates; Management of the Contract and Tendering Process, Quality Control, Productivity, and Operation Cost; acquiring land; Welfare and safety for workers.

(g) Fluid Mechanics, Open Channel Flow, Pipe Flow – features of the fluid; Modeling and analysis of dimensions; Liquid elements including stream kinematics and estimations; Make a net; Thickness, Limit layer, and control, Drag, Lift, Standards in open channel stream, Stream controls, Water powered bounce; Surges; Pipe systems
