Paper 1 Elementary Level (Standard 1 to 5)
Candidates must have passed class 12 or its equivalent with minimum of 50% marks with a 2-year Diploma in Education.
Or
Candidates must have passed class 12 or its equivalent with minimum of 45% marks with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
Or
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with minimum of 45% marks and must be a graduate in education.
Candidate must have passed class 12 or its equivalent and possess a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
Or
Candidates must have passed class 12 or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks with a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

The candidate should be a graduate with 2 years Diploma in Education.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 50% marks and a Bachelor of Education in Pedagogy / 2-year Bachelor of Education in Education.
