The Centre for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT) (an independent organization under the Ministry of Culture of the Government of India) has Announce the Cultural Talent Search Award Scheme 2024 for Candidates aged 10 to 14. The goal of this programmer is to give specialized instruction in numerous cultural sectors to gifted youngsters, with a specific focus on rare art forms on the edge of extinction. The selected Candidates will get INR 3,600 per year in addition to a tuition cost refund of up to INR 9,000 per year. Benefits of Cultural Talent Search Scholarship Scheme

The Award is originally granted for two years and is renewed until the awardee reaches the age of 20, Given that the awardee continues to make satisfactory progress. The Award bearer will get Rs. 3600/- every year in addition to reimbursement of the actual tuition Fee paid to the Guru/Teacher, up to a maximum of Rs. 9000/- per year.

Every year, 650 new Award are awarded, with 100 reserved for Candidates interested in tribal culture (ST candidates), 125 for children from families who practice traditional arts, 20 for Divyaang (Differently Abled) children, and (as of 2016) 30 for Candidates interested in creative writing/literary arts.

Eligibility Criteria For CCRT Rewards 2024

The basic eligibility criteria for the Candidates to get the CCRT Award is that he or she must be skilled enough or talented in the field of cultural arts. However there are also different forms of eligibility criteria for the Candidates also which he or she must fulfill to get the Awards. These are mentioned below as follows-

The age of the Candidates must be between 10-14 years.
The Candidates must either be belonging from a recognized school or must be belonging from a traditional artistic family.
It is Needs for the Candidates to have basic educational qualifications and some knowledge in that background.
It is compulsory for the Candidates to complete a professional course of minimum 5 years under the guidance of their guru or teacher or from any institution. The Candidates has to show the proof of their course in the form of any certificate which must be attested by their guru or teacher.
