Stipend, Allowances, and Other Benefits During OCES/DGFS Training

For Trainee Scientific Officers (TSOs) during OCES training:

  • Monthly Stipend: Rs 74,000
  • One-Time Book Allowance: Rs 30,000
  • Boarding and Lodging: Mandatory in DAE Hostel

For DGFS Fellows:

  • Monthly Stipend: Rs 74,000
  • Contingency Grant: Rs 60,000 per annum (for 2 years)
  • Additional Funding for M.Tech. Project: Up to Rs 4,00,000 for equipment/consumables
  • Boarding and Lodging: Mandatory in the Institute Hostel
  • Agreement and Indemnity Bond: Yes, to serve DAE for 3 years after training
