The Q6 e-tron is capable of 270 kW DC fast charging. Its battery can be recharged in 10 minutes, allowing it to go up to 260 km. Audi has outfitted the Q6 e-tron with features such as a triple screen setup (an 11.9-inch digital driver display, a massive 14.5-inch infotainment unit, and a 10.9-inch display for the co-passenger), Audi AI assistant, multi-zone climate control, wireless phone charging, and an 830W 20-speaker Bang & Olufsen 3D audio system.
Design
Though rear-wheel-drive vehicles will be available in the future, the Q6 e-tron range will remain primarily four-wheel-drive, in keeping with the brand’s Quattro heritage. 4WD comes with two cutting-edge electric motors that were developed in-house. The front axle receives an asynchronous motor (ASM) with a power output of 140kW, while the rear axle receives a more powerful 280kW permanent-magnet synchronous motor.
