About Aligarh Muslim University

AMUEEE Counselling Procedure 2024
During the AMUEEE counselling 2024, the applicant will have to follow the given steps:
- Registration: In the 1st step, the applicant will have to register for the AMUEEE 2024 counselling process by submitting their roll number, application no and date of birth. The required details have to be updated and the applicant will also have to upload the documents, select their choice of courses and pay the required fee during the registration process.
- Verification of Documents: Next, the uploaded documents will be verified by the authorities of the University. If the documents are rejected, the applicant will be able to re-upload them for verification.
- Seat Allotment: Applicant will be allotted seats as per their AMUEEE 2024 rank, preferences and availability. The seat allotment result will be published in online mode.
- Confirmation of Admission: To confirm their admission, the applicant will have to go to their allotted institute and pay the required admission fee.
AMU Engineering Entrance Examination Counselling 2024 Document Required
Aspirants will have to upload the following documents for verification during AMUEEE counselling 2024:
- Marks sheet/ grade sheet of class 12th or equivalent qualifying exam (along with four self-attested photocopies).
- 10th/ high school or its equivalent exam certificate in support of the date of birth.
- Transfer/ migration and character certificate from the institution last attended.
- Ten (2.5 x 3.0 cm) recent colour photographs (in white background).
- Certificates in support of special categories.
- Four self-addressed envelopes bearing postage stamps worth Rs 22 each (to be submitted in the office of the Provost of Hall of Residence/ NRSC allotted).
- Two Oath Commissioner’s affidavits on plain paper – one on your behalf and the other on behalf of your parents/ guardian regarding not to indulge in ragging.
