Registration Procedure on AIMS Portal

  • You must first go to the AIMS portal’s official website.
  • The AIMS portal’s home page appears on your screen after you click the aforementioned link.
  • The homepage will contain various links. The Employee Self Service Link, which is located on the website’s left side, should be clicked.
  • You will now be taken to a brand-new webpage where you will be required to enter crucial information such as your Employee number, Email ID, and password.
  • You will need to click the New User Registration link that will appear at the bottom of the same page because you are registering for the first time on the AIMS portal.
  • A web page with important information like your employee number, mobile number, and date of birth will appear on your screen after you click the New User Registration link. At the bottom of the page, click “Submit” after entering the credentials correctly.
  • The Railway Employee Self Service (RESS) Application, which can be downloaded from the Play Store, is another mobile application that employees can use to self-register.
  • Both the AIMS portal and the RESS mobile application have similar registration procedures.
  • A verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number after you click the submit button.
  • In the space provided, enter the verification code listed above.

Login Procedure to AIMS Portal

Once you have registered with the AIMS Portal, you will be able to log in with your specific access data. Please review the registration process described here and easily register on the AIMS Portal.

  • Railway workers must first visit the AIMS portal’s official website.
  • The AIMS portal’s home page will appear on your screen when you click the aforementioned link.

  • You can now access all salary-related information by logging into your AIMS profile. Pay slips, biodata, loans and advances, income tax, leave, and other documents can all be viewed by employees.

Recovery of AIMS Forgotten Password

Download Salary Pay slip On AIMS Portal

If your employees want to download their pay slips, they can easily do so by following the simple steps below.

  • The AIMS portal’s official website should be viewed by employees.
  • The AIMS portal’s homepage will then display the Employee Self Service Link.

Contents Of The RESS Mobile Application

After installing the RESS mobile app, railway employees can now access the following data. The following are the contents that employees will view on the RESS mobile app:

  • Bio-Data, Salary, NPS, Provident Fund (PF), Loans and Advances, Income Tax, Leave, Family, and other categories are available on the homepage of RESS.
  • Personal Details, Job-Related, and Pay-Related are the sub-options under this section in the User Bio-Data.
  • Employees can download payslips, salary slips, and more for a monthly or yearly period through the Salary option.
  • The additional payments will also be made per fiscal year.
  • All recoveries made during the fiscal year are included in the NPS option.
  • The status of the PF application, the PF Ledger, and the PF summary for the relevant financial year will all be displayed on the screen when you select the PF option.
  • All relevant information, including the loan type, name, total payment, recovery rate, start month, and recovered payment, will be displayed in the Loans and Advances option.
  • Details regarding income tax, including deductions and projections, can be viewed in the Income Tax option.
  • In the respective categories, you can see leave balances like “leave on average pay,” travel allowance, and family information.

Track The Status Of Your Grievances

After submitting your complaint, you can easily track it by following the simple steps below.

  • First, visit the AIMS portal’s official website.
  • On the homepage, select the link labeled “Public Grievances.”
  • You will now be taken to a brand-new page that is the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances’s official website.
  • Then click on the View Status choice which is the main thing you will see just underneath the name of the division.
  • You should enter the required information, such as your registration number, email address or mobile phone number, and security code, after clicking the view status button.
